Now so far in your training, I know we've gone through a TON of information. I hope you're keeping up ;). And if you’ve missed something, no worries just go back and watch the video that you missed.

In this lesson I want to share with you how to position yourself so that your prospects will literally..FLOCK to join you.

Now as you remember from the previous lessons, the #1 reason your prospects would be interested in becoming a business builder (a distributor) is because they think they can make money doing it.

...so your main job is to convey to your prospects that you can help them make money the fastest and easiest way possible.

Now when looking for prospects to join your downline, you should be targeting other networkers...which is again, your target market. And we’ve already gone through that.

And since we know that they are currently in their opportunity because they want to make money, if you want them to join YOU instead, you simply have to convince them that they could make more money with YOU than with their current business.

But I’ve also shown you that you can't accomplish this by simply talking about your products, compensation plan, or anything else involving your opportunity directly.

...otherwise you just get into the "mine is better than yours" game. Which just plain sucks and leads you nowhere.

So how do you do it?

Well I've come up with a quote that sums up the entire process. In fact, it's the quote that describes my own personal business model.

But let me start with a little hypothetical situation for you, because I want you to realize how well this works before you know the secret behind it - 

Let's say that you're currently in an opportunity called "Zenga".

Then one day you open your email and find 5 different offers from 5 different distributors that are all in this company called "Hulu".

4 of the emails are all about how great the compensation plan of their company is, how "universal" and "great" their product line is, and some wealthy billionaire is behind it and so on and so on…the usual crap, right?

Then 1 of the emails was different, although it was from a distributor with the same company, "Hulu".

But he didn't say anything about being with "Hulu".

In fact, he didn't mention anything about compensation plans, or even any products for that matter.

Instead, he sent you a link to a website where you could get free training on how to get leads for your CURRENT business, "Zenga".  And as part of the free training, he offered to show you how to transition those leads into new reps in your downline 24 hrs per day, 7 days a week.

Now first, which email do you think you're going to respond to?

I think it's pretty obvious... The guy that offered real value - the guy that offered to help you...the guy that didn't just pitch the products and company.

You already have products and a company - you don't need another one. You just need help with the one you already have.

So you go over to his site, you opt-in, and he starts sending you emails and training.

Again, no sales pitches. Just good quality training.

Then after a week or so, he sends you an email letting you know that a spot had opened up on his team. He didn't just say "you should join me".

He offered testimonials from other networker marketers that had joined him, and promised that he would work with you one-on-one until you reached the...say..."platinum" level in his downline.

And of course, by joining his team he promised to share all of his knowledge with you free of charge.

Now I'm going to stop right there, because that's as far as I need to go to illustrate what just happened.

This guy got your attention, he offered real value and expertise, and demonstrated it by giving you 100% free training that you could use in your own business.

And by doing so, he earned your trust AND positioned himself as a leader at the exact same time!

Whoa! Huge, right?

He NEVER mentioned the company he was with...he didn't have to. Because as I explained earlier, he knew you didn't care - all you cared about was making more money! And that's exactly how he marketed his business to you

Now I'm not going to say for sure whether you'd join this guy or not, because not everyone would.

But who had the better chance?? The first 4 guys that had their emails deleted immediately...or the guy that offered real value and expertise?

Of course the guy that offered real value!
  
You see the difference? We are all pre-disposed to joining the leader...the one who OBVIOUSLY knows how to help us the most.

And I'm not going to go off on a psychology kick, I’ve already posted those training videos that explain all that so you can just head over there after this video and watch them.

They’re incredibly eye opening, so don’t miss out on those.

But we’re going to stay on track with this lesson, so I'm going to share with you the quote that sums up my own business model, and obviously this other guy's as well...

Here it is -

"Nobody who bought a broom actually wanted a broom, they wanted a clean floor. Therefore, if you want to sell brooms, you should advertise information about having clean floors - NOT information about brooms "

Now don't run away laughing your face off...because I know it sounds a little cheesy at first.

But trust me, this quote holds the key to changing your entire business around virtually overnight. 

Because that’s exactly what it did to mine…after realizing the lesson behind this quote I was financially independent through my business in less than 6 months.

So pretty incredible results….

Now to start with, again you are not selling what you might think at first...

You aren't selling your products, you aren't selling your opportunity...you're selling YOU.

That's it.

People don't care about your opportunity... they just don't. I know I keep saying that, but you've GOT to get that through your head.
I mean think about it....deep down, you know that you aren't building a business in this industry simply because you've been waiting all your life to be a network marketer.

You're building your business because it solves your problems - which again almost always have something to do with money.

...your prospect is no different.

So in order to sell your prospect on joining your downline, you have to sell them on how joining you will help them reach THEIR goals the fastest and easiest way possible.

And since we know that their goal is almost always making more money, this is going to be like shooting fish in a barrel ;)

I mean it’s like taking a test that you already have the answer too…

So let's go through the quote I just gave you, and it'll explain everything for you.

"Nobody who bought a broom, actually wanted a broom." - You didn't buy into your opportunity because you've just been waiting your whole life to be in a networking business...

"They wanted clean floors." - You want more money, time, etc...
"Therefore, if you want to sell brooms, you should advertise information about having clean floors - NOT information about brooms!" - People haven't been waiting all of their lives to join your opportunity. The only reason they'll join you is because YOU can help them reach their goals...which are almost always something to do with money.

That means that you should be focusing all of your efforts on getting your prospect to join you by helping them realize that you can help them reach their goals the fastest...or that joining you will provide them with the most benefits.

And the best way to do that without "in-your-face" style selling, is to do exactly what the quote says :

"If you want to sell brooms, you should advertise information about having clean floors - NOT information about brooms"

And translated in terms of your business...

"If you want people to join your business, you should advertise information about the benefits of building a business with YOU, because you can help your prospect reach their goals the fastest and easiest way possible

 It seems so simple when put that way, right? But unfortunately 97% of networkers miss it and never make a dime out of their business...

SO - how exactly do you show your prospects that YOU can help them reach their goals the fastest and easiest way possible?

Well thanks to technology, it's actually incredibly easy. And in fact, using my method, you’ll actually make money from your prospects whether they join your business or not – I mean how cool is that, right?

I think it goes without saying that a method like that will have an absolutely dramtic impact on your business…and allow you to not only sponsor a ton more reps…but make a ton more money in the process.
