"The ONLY People You Should Be Recruiting Into Your Business, And How To Find Them"

Alright guys, for this lesson I want to get you absolutely crystal clear on who your target market actually is…in other words what group of people are most likely to join your downline..
Now I'm a little scared to give you the answer because it probably goes against everything you've been taught so far and...
....ha who am I kidding - all of this training goes against what you've been taught! Because you've been taught wrong! So here's another one for you - -
Your target market for your opportunity is actually other network marketers.
Now before you run away confused, remember in one of the last lessons I talked about how NFL scouts recruit for their teams?
Who do they recruit?
Current football players - proven athletes...NOT newbies.
Why?
Because again, they've obviously shown interest in the sport...they've dedicated their time to improving their skills. They've spent money on equipment and training, and so on.
Now think about other people in this industry.
They're the equivalent to a proven athlete for your business.
They are obviously already interested in this industry (they're already in it...), and they have even already spent money on buying into an opportunity.
Think about it this way -
When you run around town asking people if they'd like to make extra money selling vitamins or whatever your company offers, you'll get a ton of yes's, but that's no different than me raising my hand and saying I'd love to be an NFL star.
I haven't put any effort towards it whatsoever, nor have I spent any money developing my skills.
See that?
But when you recruit other networker marketers, they've already "put their money where their mouth is" so to speak.
They've stepped forward and shown an interest, and even invested money by joining their current opportunity!
This should really be an "ah ha!" moment for you right now.
You've probably spent the majority of your time trying to convince your friends/neighbors/FedEx Guy/Chili's waitress and so on to join your business...yet these same people have shown absolutely NO interest in being an entrepreneur or a network marketer whatsoever.
...that is why you continue to fall short of your goals.
But when you recruit other network marketers into your business, you have the equivalent of a professional downline...and you're setting yourself up to win championships - just like a good NFL scout!
And THAT, [fname], is THE SECRET to incredible success in this industry.
It’s the secret that turned my own business around overnight…
Because think about all the objections you deal with -
- That's a pyramid scheme
- My uncle lost money on something like that
- I don't understand how this works or how I get paid...
- I'm not sure if my spouse would want me to
- I don't have the money to join
- Why do I have to buy products every month?
- What is auto-ship?
We could go on and on...but if you ONLY target other networker marketers you don't deal with ANY of those objections.
Why?
Well because they obviously know it's not a pyramid scheme (they're already in it), they already understand how they get paid, they understand that they have to spend money to get started, and so on...
But also think about how productive your business would be if you ONLY had other networker marketers joining your downline?
They'd understand the reason behind auto-ship...they'd understand how to describe the opportunity to others...they'd know how/why they get paid, etc.
Your entire downline would be like 1 big NFL all-star team. Pumping out volume and cash for your business like a well oiled machine!
Now remember from one of the previous lessons when I shared 2 of the famous "lies" of this industry?
The first was Get Through The Numbers, which I already covered…
The second was Everyone Is Your Prospect, which I'll talk about really quick.
Do you see now how ridiculous that idea is?
If you follow this idea, you end up recruiting people that have no business being an entrepreneur...and your business suffers as a result. Big Time.
You need to understand this:
- Some people love their J-O-B and would never quit
- Some people are scared to death to be "self-employed"
- Some people are morally against making tons of money
- Some people think they already have too much money
- Some people are convinced netw*ork Marketing is a pyramid scheme
- Some people just have no ambition or just simply don't care
And running around trying to convince all these people to join your business is a complete waste of time.
Trust me. That’s exactly why I struggled for so long in the begining...
So many people fail in this industry because they recruit the wrong people into their business...
And as a result you end up with a boat load of tire-kickers that never produce any volume for your business, and basically force you to give up because you just can't seem to make it work.
Sound familiar?
It's not that this industry doesn't work...it's how & who you recruit that doesn't work.
Like I said before, you're a business owner, OK?.
Now, do businesses go out thinking everyone wants to work for their company?
...no matter how much fun it is, how much money a potential employee could make, or how much vacation time they could get?
Of course not.
What do they do instead?
They put out an ad, but they wait for people to submit an application. They then go through the applications and interview the best of the best.
Otherwise, how could they reasonably hope to employ good, productive employees?
They couldn't.
Just like you can't hope to build a profitable networking business by recruiting anyone and everyone into your business.
Which leads me to something else you really need to understand:
No One Is Worth Your Time Until They Take An Active Role FIRST
Getting your prospects to take an active role FIRST is the foundation or everything I’m teaching you.
It’s what allows you to have your phone ringing off the hook with interested prospects every single day asking to join your downline.
So how DO you do it? How do you recruit other network marketers into your business?
Because if you’ve ever tried it before, you probably fell into that “mine is better than yours” game…and started comparing your 2 companies and trying to prove to each other that yours was better some how.
Well, there’s a way to do it, you just have to do it a specific way – in fact by following exactly what I’m about to show you, you’ll actually have other network marketers flocking to YOU – so your downline is going to start sizziling like burgers on a barbeque. No Joke.. It’s way cool.
